About Rebeca

Once an Oiler, always an Oiler

Rebeca's story is a Whiting story.

The daughter of a father from Baytown, Texas, and a mother from Coahuila, Mexico, Rebeca grew up in Whiting, graduated from Whiting High School, and has run her own salon here since 1990. She has served on the City Council since 2002.
